This Monday the 29th of July is my best mates’ Rickie’s 40th birthday, have the best day ever bro.
To celebrate his birthday, Rickie completed his last (as in final – not doing anymore) ultra marathon – 100km (The Guzzler Ultra) race in Brisbane in a time of 22 hours and 25 minutes! He doesn’t know how many he has done in total now but has clearly stated this is his last, e te whānau, it certainly portrays the strength and courage of our chielfy whakapapa that’s for sure!
