I was up early running at 6.15am, another beautiful morning here in Mangāmāunu, I downed my cold X50 Green Tea before jumping on a Zoom hui at 7am with a young Ngāi Tahu up and comer I’m helping at the mo, his name is Tāne Clement and he’s 4 months off completing his PHD in health science, watch out for his name e te whānau! Post my Zoom hui, is was all about those early morning sun-rays!
