Former Auckland Warrior, Hull & NZ Residents rugby league player Shane Endacott headed into the hills with me for his first pig hunt.
It wasn’t the most relaxing hunt as some aren’t but definitely enjoyable with Taa and Namunamu managing to stop an 80lb boar for us whilst we let two other smaller pigs go.
It was also great to catch up with a good mate who looked after me when I was just a pup in the under 19’s Warriors team back in 1996! Time flies whānau, cherish every moment ❤️
